Introduction to self-reflection

Have you ever taken some time to step back and reflect on “why did I do that?”. Self-reflection is basically digging deep into your feelings and thought processes to find out why you are feeling something a certain way. 

Self-reflecting is the process of taking the time to think about, meditate on, evaluate, and give serious thought to your behaviors, thoughts, attitudes, motivations, and desires. It is the process of diving deep into your thoughts, emotions and motivations, and determining the great, “why?” behind them.
